The trick is to make sure that your audio is encoded at 44.1Khz. Ours was encoded at 48Khz and sounded absolutely horrible. We re-encoded and now were cookin' with grease.

Någon typ av slag spelades upp; det var hästar, rök och dockor som föll från borgen (lik!!!). Läktarna var överfulla av människor som applåderade. Det västa var speakerrösten som skrek ut handlingen till inspelade gnäggningar. I vilket fall så var ryttarna skickliga.

Notera minitåget och skyskraporna i bakgrunden. Stämningsfullt.

Here's a quote from Amazon's website - "Amazon CloudFront delivers your content using a global network of edge locations. Requests for your objects are automatically routed to the nearest edge location, so content is delivered with the best possible performance." If you already use S3 for file hosting, it's pretty easy to setup CloudFront. You create what's called a "distribution" that tells Amazon that you want your S3 files to be distributed across their "edge locations".

Since I was part of the private beta for this new service, I've had a chance to play around with the code and do some tests. I can say that I've noticed a substaintial gain in performance with CloudFront vs just using S3. If you have access to a server with php, I've created a tool to list and manage your distributions. Just change the access identifiers and upload it to your server. The rest should be pretty self-explanitory. Included in the zip file, you'll see the a library that can be used on it's own, if you have any use for it.
